What You'll Do: Welcoming and Engaging Presence: Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm. Foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the community. Front Desk Rockstar: Answer calls, chat with visitors, and help with any questions they have. Family Liaison: Act as a bridge between residents' families and the facility, providing updates and addressing inquiries or requests. Foster open communication and trust with family members. What You Bring: Education: High school diploma or something equivalent Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are essential, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Local Expert: Being familiar with the local area, including restaurants, attractions, transportation options, and services, can be a significant asset! Working Conditions: Our concierges typically work indoors, with customer-facing roles that involve standing, walking, and multitasking. Physical Demands: Our concierges may encounter physical demands that include assisting residents with mobility, occasionally lifting or moving objects, and prolonged periods of standing and walking.
