What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Leverage knowledge and experience to drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Document Hosting
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying upselling opportunities within their businesses
• Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
• Conduct sales outreach to identify and engage potential clients
• Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
• Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing continual achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
• Strong influencer with established connections in the eDiscovery market
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical details effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in account management within the legal services or technology sectors
• Familiarity with sales reporting and project coordination processes
• Established network of contacts within the legal and eDiscovery community
