Job Details

• RN OR position at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham.
• Start date: January 26, 2026, for a 13-week assignment.
• Day shift of 5-8 hours including call, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Shared housing provided with restrictions: no guests or pets allowed.
• Car required for the position.
• No return to office (RTO) policy.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).

Job Requirements

• Must have professional nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
• BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military).
• Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season; no exemptions allowed.
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if >6 month break.
• Physician health statement within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break.
• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break.
• Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date, updated if >6 month break.
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• Two recent references required, minimum one supervisor or above.
• Skills checklist required for submission.
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• Education verification required through background check company.
• SSN trace required with criminal check.
• National sex offender check within 30 days of start date, updated annually.
• Exclusion checks within 30 days of start date and annually.
• Candidate submission coversheet required for submission.
