Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Skill requirements:
(1) Experience in manual and automation testing to validate the software product using tools including selenium, LitmusT, silktest tool, or QTP (Quick Test Professional).
(2) Experience in writing automation test scripts using hybrid framework guidelines with a combination of data driven and keyword driven frameworks.
(3) Experience in designing test plans and test cases using Black box, White box and Grey box testing techniques, and creating models to generate test cases using tools including ARD Tool (Agile Requirement Designer).
(4) Experience in driving testing deliverables, conducting tests and inspections, prepare reports and calculations to deliver quality products and solutions using tools including JIRA, Rally Project Management tools, Test Lodge, Qtest, or ALM (Application lifecycle management tool).
(5) Experience in Database Testing using tools, including SQL Database.
(6) Experience in web services testing using SOAP UI or Postman.
Experience and education requirements:
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Computer Science or related, and 3 years of relevant work experience.
ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience.
Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Candidate's pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
