Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to provide expert physical therapy services within a dynamic K-12 school setting in Green Valley, AZ. The role involves working part-time across two days each week, totaling 16 hours, during the 2025-2026 school year. Caseloads will include students from K-2nd grade and 6th-12th grade, allowing for impactful intervention during critical developmental stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy evaluations and treatments tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall student support framework within the school environment.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate-level degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Arizona Physical Therapy License.
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Card, ensuring eligibility to work within the school system.
• Previous experience in school-based physical therapy preferred.
