(Greater Foxboro, MA, $20-24hr + OT, Sign-On Bonus, Annual Bonus, 100% onsite)

Colonial Staffing Group is seeking multiple Chemical/Refinery Production Operators for a full-time, long-term opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in the precious metals and chemical processing sector. These positions are available on 2nd shift (4pm-12am) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am) , with excellent training, benefits, and growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor chemical refining and recovery processes
• Load/unload materials into equipment and set up processing cells
• Initiate and monitor chemical reactions, using proper handling and safety protocols
• Operate forklifts, mixers, hoists, ovens, and pumps per SOPs
• Complete production paperwork (weights, process logs, safety checklists)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, calibrating probes, and basic upkeep

Must have/be:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in manufacturing, plating, metal finishing, or chemical environments preferred
• Ability to work physically in an industrial setting
• Comfortable working in PPE and complying with safety/environmental protocols (clean-shaven policy applies)
