Job Description
What you will be doing •Administer the timely processing and tracking of all department invoices and timesheets, ensuring strong communication and workflow between our team and Accounts Payable
•Manage proper reporting for all department expenses
•Assist with production coordination - staffing, scheduling, and client communication
•Organize, update, and share department reports, presentations, and documentation
•Take detailed notes during meetings and provide updates
What you will need to succeed •Strong organizational skills, including unwavering attention to detail
•Stellar time management skills, with particular focus on proactivity and efficient remote working
•Experience with invoices, expense reports, and working with Accounts Payable departments
•Aptitude for project management and effective problem solving
•Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to establish effective and immediate rapport with new and current clients
What will help you succeed •Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or other project management related major.
•Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
•Experience with Airtable
•Experience in Creative Production - live production experience is a plus.
