Job Title: Packer – Plastic Fabrication Location: Mooresville, NC 28115 Company: Pactiv Evergreen Industry: Plastic Fabrication / Manufacturing Pay Rate: $16.00 – $17.50 Job Description: A leading manufacturer in the plastic fabrication industry, is seeking dedicated Packers to join our team at our Mooresville, NC facility. As a Packer, you will play a key role in the production process by preparing, inspecting, packing, and stacking plastic products to ensure high-quality output and smooth operation of the production line. Key Responsibilities: Box Preparation: Assemble and prepare boxes to be filled with finished products, ensuring proper setup and durability. Visual Quality Inspection: Monitor products on the line to ensure they meet established quality standards and report any defects or inconsistencies. Product Loading & Stacking: Accurately load packaged products into boxes, verify correct quantities, and stack completed cases for shipment or storage. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Production Support: Work efficiently to support production line goals and contribute to overall plant productivity and performance. Qualifications:Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and quality. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Prior manufacturing or packing experience is a plus, but not required.
