The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives should be engaging Medicare seniors with the goal of having those individuals become patients of Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives will work very closely with their Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to help drive new patient growth locally in their assigned territory. Core Responsibilities include generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach; maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives; prospecting and cold calling to prospects & new leads assigned; nurturing prospective patients and prospecting for new patients via email, phone, and networking; collaborating with Community Relationship Manager, other OEs, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents; maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage and drive new patient growth; capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into CRM and other business systems; acting as point of contact for clinical/center team for patient questions; resolving concerns & complaints of prospects & patients by working with them or directing to other Oak Street employees; and other duties as assigned. Requirements include ability to quickly connect and influence, comfort navigating external barriers, ability to manage priorities simultaneously, team player, sales and/or healthcare experience a plus, fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities served (where necessary), and US work authorization.
