*Shift:** Day - 5x8 - 9am - 5pm, 40 Hours
*Guaranteed Hours:** Full-time, negotiable schedule
*Experience:** 1+ year of clinical experience as NP/PA in Hematology/Oncology is required
*License:** Ohio license (or willingness to obtain)
*Certifications:**

- BLS

- ACLS

- Board Certified NP/PA **Must-Have:**

Management of VAD/CV catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal
Participation on a Tumor Board, Blood Bank, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes

**Job Description:**

Join a dynamic multispecialty group practice with 60+ providers, including 21 primary care doctors
Work in an outpatient practice setting with responsibilities in both Hematology (25%) and Oncology (75%)
Handle a patient demographic of 50% adult and 50% geriatric
Work alongside 2 physicians, managing a patient load of 15-20 patients per day in the outpatient setting and 3-5 patients per day in the hospital
Utilize EMR system: EPIC
On-call duty 10 days per month
In-person position with no option for telemedicine
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
