One of Maryland's leading and largest gas and electric utilities. Job Description • Manage initiatives and programs across traditional and digital marketing channels.

• Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
• Develop email campaigns, manage email databases, and enhance customer experience.
• Proficient in Eloqua or similar marketing automation tools.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data through A/B testing and email optimization.
• Communicate effectively and think creatively, using data to inform decisions.
• Manage email reports and establish email strategies.
• Build and manage email lists and campaigns, including designing templates.
• Create and implement email campaigns and customer onboarding/promotions.
• Conduct QA testing on email assets and ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications Experience with energy efficiency programs (residential & commercial). Focus on maintaining a strong email marketing presence with the new tools purchased. Basic website content updates experience. Primarily experienced with Oracle Eloqua or similar email marketing platforms. Collaborate with agencies and multiple departments, utilizing data analytics. Experience with SharePoint or similar content management systems. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactive and able to take initiative. Experience with email automation tools, preferably Oracle Eloqua. Web content editing experience preferred.
