The position offers an opportunity to start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Calendar & Strategy : Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns and maintain the marketing calendar for various initiatives including paid media, PR, and special events. Social Media Oversight : Lead all social media activities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, focusing on content creation, analytics, and follower growth using tools like Hootsuite. Branding & Promotional Materials : Utilize graphic design expertise (Adobe Creative Suite & Canva) to create a wide range of print and online marketing materials such as graphics, flyers, website designs, and advertisements. This includes managing photo/video assets and working with an advertising budget. Website Oversight : Assist with ongoing website content maintenance and updates. Requirements & Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience. Experience in social media management and creating engaging content to boost brand visibility. Proficiency in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite & Canva). Strong writing skills with adaptability for different audiences. Digital marketing experience is preferred. About the Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is someone with a "can-do" attitude, who appreciates the positive impact of sports (especially tennis). They should be a strong team player, ambitious, creative, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.
