Junior Leasing Agent (Commercial Real Estate experience required)

Upper Heights | $60k + commission

Key Responsibilities :

• Lease Renewals: Manage the lease renewal process for retail tenants, ensuring timely and accurate execution of renewal agreements.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships with current tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive tenant experience.
• Leasing Administration: Assist in preparing lease documents, reviewing terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay up-to-date with rental rates, leasing trends, and competitive offerings in the local retail market.
• Lease Negotiations: Collaborate with senior leasing agents to negotiate lease terms and conditions that align with company goals and tenant needs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and renewal processes. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding leasing activities and tenant status.
• Property Visits: Participate in site visits and property tours to ensure tenants are operating in accordance with lease agreements and company standards.

Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of retail shopping leasing experience, with a strong focus on lease renewals.
• In-depth understanding of commercial real estate leasing processes, including market analysis, lease terms, and tenant management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
