Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and private sessions, providing personalized instruction to members of all fitness levels. You will create dynamic and engaging workouts that focus on improving flexibility, strength, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Lead group Pilates classes, ensuring proper form and technique.
• Develop and implement creative and effective Pilates workouts.
• Provide modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate members with varying abilities and injuries.
• Educate members on the principles of Pilates and the benefits of regular practice.
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in Pilates methodology.
• Build strong relationships with members to foster a supportive and motivating environment!

Requirements

• Certification from a recognized Pilates training program
• Previous experience teaching Pilates classes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
