We are seeking a skilled and reliable Elevator Mechanic to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate must possess a NYC Elevator Technician License and demonstrate expertise in Smartrise, Motion Controls, and troubleshooting techniques. The successful candidate should be friendly, possess a clean driving record, and be committed to providing high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain elevators and related equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot elevator systems, including Smartrise and Motion Controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Requirements:
- NYC Elevator Technician License (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Smartrise and Motion Controls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
