We are seeking an  experienced Dispatcher who will serve as the pivotal connection between customers and drivers, ensuring clear communication, timely coordination, and an unwavering commitment to professionalism. This high-impact role is ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possess proven expertise in handling time-sensitive, high-value freight.  Approximately 90% of shipments involve specialized freight, such as semiconductors, Apple-related cargo, pharmaceuticals, and high-value electronics , requiring exceptional attention to detail and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Specialized Freight Dispatches : Efficiently manage shipments of semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, high-value electronics, and other time-sensitive materials, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
• Support Real-Time Logistics : Utilize an in-house PMS (Property Management System) and telematics tools to monitor vehicle locations, provide ETA updates, and manage route adjustments as necessary.
• Customer and Driver Communication : Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and drivers, providing clear updates, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Ensure Compliance and Professionalism : Adhere to industry regulations and internal protocols, guaranteeing consistency and professionalism in all interactions.
• Problem-Solving Under Pressure : Quickly assess situations and implement resolutions during unforeseen challenges, ensuring minimal disruptions to delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in a dispatcher role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors. Experience with pharmaceutical or electronics freight is highly desirable.
• Technology Proficiency : Hands-on experience with dispatch software, PMS, telematics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Communication Skills : Polished verbal and written communication is essential for seamless interaction with customers, drivers, and teams.
• Attention to Detail : Must exhibit a high level of accuracy when managing schedules, updating systems, and handling shipment details.
• Decision-Making Under Pressure : Ability to remain composed and make sound judgments in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios.
• Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with specialized freight operations and associated regulations is a significant advantage.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in logistics or transportation is a plus.
