Are you friendly, professional, and thrive on helping others? We're looking for a Customer Service / Receptionist to join a small, upbeat office where every team member plays an important role. If you enjoy talking with people and want to work in a casual, dog-friendly setting-this might be the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Take 20-40 inbound calls daily to educate clients on services and schedule installation appointments
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
• Update client records and orders in QuickBooks (no experience needed-we'll train you!)
• Provide a warm, professional welcome to everyone you speak with

What We're Looking For:

• Previous phone-based customer service experience
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to start right away and commit to a 1-2 month assignment
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
