Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Custodian to work in the Greater Portland area. The Custodian will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks which include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste management. Additional duties involve sanitizing restrooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards. The Custodian will also report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team.

Qualifications

General cleaning skills including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Sanitation and waste management knowledge
Attention to detail and ability to notice areas needing cleaning or repairs
Basic maintenance and repair skills
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
