This fusion will streamline accountability and responsibility for Risk & Control activities and deliver process consistency to protect the firm against emerging financial crime risks. The Financial Crimes Global Policy Adherence & Engagement Team within the FCFP organization supports the delivery and ongoing direction of a comprehensive Financial Crimes Program in partnership with multiple functions such as Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, Audit, and multiple stakeholders at all levels of management. This team is responsible for fostering a culture of control and compliance, customer centricity and accountability while leading efforts to identify, anticipate and mitigate AML, Sanctions and Ant-Bribery regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. Specifically, the Financial Crimes Analyst will support New Product Approval activities related to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions/Screening, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (AB&C) for USPB. Scope of coverage includes CIP (Customer Information Program), KYC (Know Your Customer), AML, Transaction Monitoring (TM, CTR, etc.), and screening (sanctions and non-sanctions), and AB&C. This role falls under the Business KYC Job Family / KYC Operations Sr Analyst job code. Responsibilities include supporting the Financial Crimes Governance Routines program by providing support for various forums and routines; managing forums, deliverables, due dates, meeting calendar, attendees, action items; collecting materials for various forums outside of Financial Crimes; executing governance process controls on time and accurately; supporting evolution of governance routines program; supporting controls and insights-oriented projects; maintaining relevant Playbook/Guideline Documents; ensuring compliance with Escalation Policy requirements; developing strong relationships with key stakeholders across Financial Crimes 1LOD, ACRM/ICRM, business control teams. Qualifications include 5+ years of reporting and governance experience preferably in Financial Crimes, ability to execute plans and manage deadlines, knowledge of program governance routines, exposure to controls and issues management preferred, ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize workload, proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional, and staying abreast of industry trends. Education required is Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience.
